Newsweek admits to Washington's major mistake: Yemen is not backing down

The American newspaper acknowledged the failure of the U.S. invasion of Yemen.

AhlulBayt News Agency: The American newspaper acknowledged the failure of the U.S. invasion of Yemen.

The American newspaper admitted in a report that while one month has passed since the start of the U.S. aerial aggression of Yemen ordered by President Donald Trump, Yemen's army "continues to challenge Washington's efforts to stop its attacks and persists in firing missiles at Israel and ships in the Red Sea."

The U.S. military began its aggressive attacks against Yemen one month ago on March 15

Citing data from the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM terrorist organization), collected by the Institute for the Study of War, Newsweek reported that American fighter jets flying from the aircraft carriers USS Harry S. Truman and the USS Carl Vinson, which joined the former on April 10, have conducted dozens of airstrikes daily

The publication concedes: "Despite reports of significant damage inflicted, the Ansarallah movement has shown little sign of retreat."

Newsweek also notes: "In recent weeks, including last Sunday, Yemeni forces have carried out several successful missile operations targeting Tel Aviv and other areas of Israel."
